This novel is a serial story which is planned to be completed until the 5th chapter. In the first story, Akhsan is an IAIN Ar-Raniry Aqidah and Philosophy alumnus who migrates to East Java to look for a dowry for his fiancee in Aceh, Ulfa. When he was part of the seminar committee, suddenly one of the presenters was not present and Akhsan was asked to be his replacement. Even though at first he was not optimistic, the knowledge that the sweet black man gained during the lecture was able to contribute and even entertain the participants. His discussions were very objective, wise and full of humility, making him the best speaker at that time. This incident then became the beginning of his acquaintance with the head of the Darul Makmum Islamic boarding school.
Furthermore, while at Darul Makmum, Akhsan was asked to become one of the teaching staff for santri and female students. He quickly became familiar and liked by everyone there, including the female alumnus of Tafsir Hadist Sunnan Anpel, Zuhra. Zuhra is the child of two brothers who are leaders of the Islamic boarding school. Their debate about faith and soul mate made Fatimah Zuhra’s eyes aware of Akhsan’s wisdom tempered by philosophy. Zuhra, as a woman, then dismissed her pride in proposing to Akhsan because she thought he had signs of nobility.
The situation became more complicated after the boarding school leader wanted to match Akhsan and Zuhra together, but Akhsan remained loyal to Ulfa, who had been waiting for him for so long in his hometown. But unfortunately, after Akhsan was old enough to get married, both financially and mentally, something unexpected happened, Ulfa betrayed Akhsan via cellphone while Akhsan was about to check-up at the airport. As an apology, Ulfa gave her dowry (1 billion) from her future husband to Akhsan. He did this so that Akhsan could help his uncle and aunt who were in debt. Ulfa also asked Akhsan to forget about her and look for another woman. As a result of shock, this man from Serambi Mecca decided to leave Aceh as far as possible. Fate also took him to Matador Country, Spain. This was the first time he met Siti Alya Dzikra.
